Can I Just Walk In?
In order to provide the best possible customer experience, we require appointments for all client meetings.

• Passport
• Mexican Consular ID

For your most successful return, we will need as much information as possible, including:

• All reporting documents, including W-2s, 1099s, 1098s, K-1s, self-employment transaction records, and any receipts or documentation related to applicable deductions

What Is Virtual Tax Preparation?
No time in your schedule? Unable to make an appointment during business hours? That's okay. With virtual tax preparation, we can help you from anywhere. A fully online experience, virtual tax preparation allows us to collect tax information and prepare your return with no on-site interaction necessary.
Instead of bringing tax documents to our office, clients will use our secure, mobile-friendly platform to submit scanned or photographed documents. In addition, clients will also fill out an online questionnaire to provide personal information, including name, address, birthday, and Social Security Number. Communication will largely be managed through this portal as well, but phone calls may be required for those with missing or incomplete information.
Virtual tax preparation is fast and painless, with an average turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours. In most cases, we can begin preparing your return as soon as we receive your information.
When your return is complete, you will be able to view completed tax forms through your client portal. Here, you can sign forms electronically or, alternately, print out forms and send signed hard copies to our office. Once we have your approval, collect payment for our services, and verify your identity with a non-expired photo ID, we'll be ready to file on your behalf.
If you don't have the money upfront but are anticipating a refund, that's okay – our preparation fee can be withheld from your refund with our refund transfer services, making it easy to pay for professional tax preparation.
Is Virtual Tax Preparation Safe?
Yes, absolutely. Our client portal is highly encrypted, providing a secure experience with no risk of compromised data.
Are There Any Incentives for Referrals?
Yes. Currently, we are offering a 15% discount on tax services for all new customer referrals with a paid return. We'll also pay $15 to the referring party, whether they choose to file with us or not!
Know anyone interested in credit repair? We can help! We are offering $50 per referral of any paying credit repair customer.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Federal refund status can be verified on the official IRS Where's My Refund site. For those with iPhone or Android smartphones, the IRS offers a mobile app for on-the-go tracking.
